The name Vessel represents the molding process one puts clay through to create any form you imagine, desire and design that can hold something of value (Jeremiah 18:4-6).

We are a consulting company working with individual clients, businesses, and both small and large groups like schools, youth groups and even groups of friends as they plan, manage, and navigate major career change. We want to supply tomorrows workplace with people who lead with integrity, and help reduce unemployment by increasing employability.

Monisola holds a Bachelors degree in Sociology (BSc Socio 1987) I am a Certified Career Analyst and a Certified Confidence & Life Coach. I hold a Certificate in Women and Leadership from European Business University Luxembourg and a member of Coaches and Mentor of South Africa.

 Moni is married with 3 daughters who are all graduates and excelling in their own fields. Moni started business at a very young age and has since  run her own businesses. After graduating from the university she worked as a sales and marketing representative while still running her own business. Three years after graduation she went on to work as a banker for 8 years rising to managerial position while also involved as a volunteer welfare worker, involved with young people and young adults in her church and has since been involved with young people in her community and church as an advocate of education. I have been a coach and mentor  in career and business helping and encouraging  people to become the best they can be.   

Moni has  moved, worked  and established businesses  and helped others establish their own businesses in different  countries and  she continues  with this passion

She lived in Lesotho and owned a computer training school and ran computer course for about 13 secondary and high schools within their schools  while giving them career guidance from her life experience and research.

Moni moved to South Africa, worked as manager of an NGO for 16 years serving the rural community and schools  and also ran a homework center  business for grades 1 to 12 .

With 35 years of career experience in business, marketing, banking, administration, teaching, coaching and career mentoring , she has always been around young people in various communities and countries, I have seen the need and importance for early and constant career guidance for students and coaching for professionals.

It is a privilege  for me to help our clients to achieve their  career goals.
